How long does it take to ship a stock surfboard?
Stock surfboards typically ship within 2-4 business days. Once dispatched, transit time varies by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I order a custom shape?
Yes, we offer custom board orders through our online shape builder. Custom lead times currently range from 8 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the glassing and current production volume.
What is your return policy on surfboards?
Surfboards are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase only if they are in brand-new, un-waxed condition. Please note that custom orders and used boards are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the board and the destination country's customs requirements.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
Every board is packed with heavy-duty protection, but if damage occurs during transit, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
